• 2. Negotiations Strategy regarding the Educational Assistants (EA) Collective Bargaining Unit Contract pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§19.82(1) and/or 19.85(1)(e)
• 3. Review of Disciplinary Action recommended to be taken Against One Student pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§19.85(1)(a), (f), (g); 118.125; and 120.13(1)(c)
• 4. Meeting with Legal Counsel to Identify Strategy and Potential Settlement Parameters with respect to Litigation in which the District is likely to become involved regarding a School Building Window Replacement Contract, pursuant to §§19.85(1)(e) and (g)
• 5. Adjournment

It is expected that the members of the School Board, up to or exceeding a majority of the full membership of the Board, may attend and participate in discussion at this Strategic Planning pre-meeting, which will provide an overview and orientation to the strategic planning process.  However, the Board will take no action as a governmental body on any subject at this public meeting.
