Special Board of Education Meeting - Executive Session

• Review of Disciplinary Action recommended to be taken Against One Student pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§19.85(1)(a), (f), and (g); 118.125; and 120.13(1)(c)
• Consultation with legal counsel concerning negotiations over the sale of the house located at 1925 Tarragon Drive and built by the La Follette High School trades program, pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(e) and (g).
• Consultation with legal counsel concerning negotiations to settle litigation which may result from a Notice of Claim filed against the City of Madison in regard to damages caused by a blocked storm water pipe at the Glendale Elementary School, pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(e) and (g).
• Adjournment
